No. Showering immediately before your wax may increase sensitivity. However, if showering before your wax makes you feel more comfortable, you're welcome to do so.

Yes. Ibuprofen 30-45 minutes before your wax may help decrease sensitivity.

Yes. It is completely safe and many of our clients wax while pregnant. Just leave us a note when you book so that we can make the space comfy for you.

This is completely dependent on the client, however, I have noticed that most clients with thick and or coarse hair prefer traditional waxing over sugaring.

Both last about the same time frame since both technically do the same thing, which is "remove the hair follicles from its root". We recommend re-booking 4-6 weeks after your initial appointment.
